What is PyCascades?

PyCascades is a regional PyCon in the Pacific Northwest, celebrating the west coast Python developer and user community. Our organizing team includes members of the Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland Python user groups.

Started in 2018, PyCascades has previously been a two-day, single-track Python conference. For the last two years we successfully brought attendees together virtually to engage with speakers and each other. This next year we are moving back to an in-person event, this time at the Simon Fraser University campus in Vancouver, B.C.

The conference will take place on Saturday and Sunday, March 18th-19th. We'll have a pre-conference social on Friday, March 17th and sprints will follow the conference on March 20th. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to keep up-to-date on PyCascades info!
