At The Venue

Watch The Talks

We'll have two areas for watching talks:

• The Joseph & Rosalie Segal Centre is our main talk space where you can see presenters live on-stage
• Across the hall is the Fletcher Auditorium, which is a dedicated quiet viewing space where you can watch a silent live-stream of our conference with captions

Food and Drinks

As in previous years, we'll have coffee, tea, water, and snacks available in the morning and afternoon. For lunch, we take an extended break to allow attendees a chance to head out into Vancouver to enjoy the local fare.

Because masks are required at the event, no food or drinks are allowed in the talk spaces.

Outside the talks

The conference spaces are available to attendees from 8 AM to 8 PM Saturday and Sunday - feel free to stick around in the Segal Centre and Concourse to socialize after the conference. Keep in mind that our COVID policy and Code of Conduct apply any time you're in the space.

Nursing Room

We have a private room for nursing parents.
